How to Grant Admin Access to Your YouTube Channel

Follow these steps to give someone admin (manager-level) access to your YouTube channel via your Brand Account:

  1. Go to YouTube Studio and log in to your account.
  2. Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Select Permissions from the menu, then click Manage Permissions. (You may be prompted to sign in again.)
  4. In the Brand Account settings, click the “Invite new users” icon (👤➕) in the top-right corner.
  5. Enter the email address (e.g., [email protected]).
  6. Choose the role Manager (or Editor if you prefer limited access).
  7. Click Invite. The user will receive an email invitation to accept access.
Note: You must be the primary owner of the Brand Account to add or manage users.
