How to Log In and Respond to Google Reviews

Step 1: Log Into Google

• Go to https://business.google.com/
• Log in using the Google account that manages your business.
• Ensure you are logged into the correct Gmail account.

Step 2: Access Your Business Profile

• After logging in, select your business from the dashboard.
• Alternatively, search your business name on Google while logged in and look for the management panel.

Step 3: Go to the Reviews Section

• Scroll to find the “Reviews” section on your profile.
• Click “Read Reviews” to see all the feedback.

Step 4: Respond to Reviews

• Click “Reply” beneath the review.
• Type your response, then click “Post reply”.
